About us
Our Mission
Covering Soles develops the next generation of ethical, socially responsible leaders. We do this by embedding a hands-on leadership curriculum inside the youth organisations young people already trust, giving them the structure to notice their community's needs and take action to meet them. Alongside that curriculum, we publicly platform the leaders already doing this work well, so young people can see what ethical leadership looks like in practice.

We want young people, especially, to grow up believing that the world has the capacity to get better, and that they are capable of being part of that change. Long term, we see Covering Soles becoming a recognised pipeline for socially responsible leadership that helps young leaders carry this type of leadership into their careers and communities.
